Introduction
Welcome to 250sr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and us regarding your use of the 250sr platform, which provides Sports Betting, lottery, and online gaming services to users in Bangladesh.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 250sr website, mobile app, or any related services. By registering or continuing to use the platform, you are deemed to have accepted all provisions of these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and may be updated at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes in a timely manner. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 250sr platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited, and 250sr accepts no liability in this regard.
By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily, knowingly, and with full legal capacity. Using the platform on behalf of a third party or for fraudulent purposes constitutes a direct violation of these terms.
250sr reserves the right to grant or deny platform access to any individual at its sole discretion. Access to the service from certain geographic locations may be legally restricted, and in such cases the user is solely responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policyalso applies and is considered an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Account Registration & Security
To register with 250sr, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.
Each user may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited, and 250sr reserves the right to suspend or terminate any accounts suspected of this without prior verification.
Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is entirely your responsibility. You are fully liable for all activity conducted through your account, whether carried out by you or someone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact the support team immediately.
As part of its security verification process, 250sr may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time to confirm a user's identity. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication on your account. While 250sr maintains the highest cybersecurity standards, the platform is not liable for any loss resulting from vulnerabilities in the user's own device or network.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities
While using the 250sr platform, you are required to comply with all applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. You must refrain from any activity that could harm other users or the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited: operating an account using another person's identity; placing bets via automated software or bots; attempting to hack or bypass platform systems; conducting transactions for money laundering or fraudulent purposes.
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in gaming sessions, submitting false information or documents, and harassing or defrauding other users are all strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.
Filing false claims against 250sr or abusing the chargeback process is a violation of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 250sr reserves the right to take legal action and may share relevant information with the appropriate authorities.
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 250sr platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support a range of local payment methods for deposits and withdrawals — full details are on the Payments page available.
Deposited funds may only be used for betting and gaming purposes. Each transaction is subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the platform, which may change at any time. Always check the platform for the latest limits.
250sr may require identity verification (KYC) before processing a withdrawal. Funds will only be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit. 250sr reserves the right to place a hold on transactions in cases of suspected fraud or suspicious activity.
Separate terms may apply to bonuses and promotional offers, which will be clearly stated alongside each offer. Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. Any payment disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days.
Bank transfers and mobile banking transactions may take up to 3 business days to process. When third-party payment gateways are used, their own terms and conditions also apply, and 250sr bears no liability in those instances.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
The 250sr platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors.
250sr is not directly liable for any financial or other loss resulting from technical issues, system downtime, or data loss. However, for verifiable technical errors that affect a bet, 250sr may offer compensation at its sole discretion.
The user acknowledges that betting and gaming carry inherent financial risk, and that risk is borne entirely by the user. 250sr does not guarantee any specific outcome and accepts no liability for wins or losses. Every bet placed is a voluntary decision made by the user.
250sr is not liable for any loss caused through third-party websites or services. In the event of service disruption due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other factors beyond our control, 250sr is not obligated to provide compensation.
The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 250sr, its officers, employees, and partners from any third-party claims arising from the user's violation of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of the platform. This indemnification obligation remains in effect even after account closure.
6. Account Suspension & Closure Policy
250sr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances: serious violation of Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, use of a false identity, or operating multiple accounts.
A suspended account cannot log in or perform any transactions during the suspension period. To learn the reason for the suspension or to appeal, please contact our support team. Once the review is complete and no violation is found, the account will be reinstated.
For permanently closed accounts with a remaining valid balance, funds will be returned via the verified payment method once the review process is complete. However, in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time. Voluntary closure requests must be submitted to the support team, and any remaining balance will be refunded once verification is complete. Opening a new account with the same details after closure may be restricted.

7. Intellectual Property & Third Parties
All content on the 250sr platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 250sr or its licensors. Copying, distributing, publishing, or commercially using these materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
Users may access platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Scraping, reverse engineering, or data mining any part of the platform is prohibited. 250sr reserves the right to pursue legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
The 250sr platform may contain links to third-party services or websites. 250sr is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. It is the user's responsibility to review the terms of any third-party website before use.
Gaming software providers and payment gateway operators are independent third parties operating under their own terms and conditions. 250sr accepts no liability for failures or errors in these third-party systems, but will make every effort to resolve related issues promptly.
8. Amendments & Governing Law
250sr reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a clearly stated effective date. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email or in-app notification.
Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be resolved through negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to the appropriate courts in Bangladesh.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms will continue in full force and effect. A temporary failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
